Job Description

Integra LifeSciences seeks a Senior Manager for Professional Education to oversee planning and execution of in-person and virtual educational programs for healthcare customers across the US and Central/Latin America. The role involves managing national cadaver labs, surgeon programs, and conference symposia while collaborating across internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute national cadaver labs, visiting surgeon programs, and conference symposia with budget oversight
• Nominate and engage healthcare faculty for professional education programs at national and regional levels
• Develop educational content and agendas for symposia through coordination with faculty, marketing, legal, and compliance
• Maintain national program budget, ensure compliance, and assist with annual operating plan compilation
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key opinion leaders aligned with organizational strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years medical education/marketing experience, or equivalent management background
• Demonstrated expertise in key opinion leader relationship management
• Strong presentation and interpersonal communication abilities
• Leadership and project management capabilities with ability to interface with senior colleagues
• Capacity to translate strategy into measurable results and anticipate emerging issues
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, proactive, and resourceful

Compensation: $109,000-$150,000 USD salary
