Tell us about how your keen sense of observation is one of your greatest strengths.As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.What's in it for you:Site Location: Las Vegas, NVSchedule: Full-Time Shifts Available (See schedule details below)Monday-Wednesday / 8:00pm-8:00am OR Friday-Sunday / 8:00pm-8:00amGrave/Day Combo, Thursday / 8:00pm-8:00am & Saturday-Sunday / 8:00am-8:00pmCompetitive hourly wage of $19.00 / Hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance optionsCareer growth opportunities at GardaWorldUniform provided at no costResponsibilities of Tactical Security Guard:Excellent customer service is always your top priority.You can professionally answer all phones that come through the Site.You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.You provide rapid response in critical situations.You're good with reading and writing detailed reports, especially on rude guests or residents.You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.You conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols in a safe manner, as requested.You provide critical access control on behalf of community members and guests, by checking IDs, answering phones, using computers, and handling deliveries as needed in the Gatehouse.Qualifications of Tactical Security Guard:You have at least a high school education or equivalent (GED) in hand.You have at least 1 year Security experience in Construction Security.You have a current PILB on hand.You have a valid Driver's License.You excel in working with computers and other electronic systems.You will be able to work on holidays as scheduled for your shift.You are able to multi-task and work well under pressure.You have strong work ethic!You are authorized to work in the U.S.In the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to be Certified by Great Place to Work.
