The Property Manager is responsible for directly managing all aspects of their assigned residential properties. As a successful Property Manager, your goals are to maintain high occupancy rates, maximize profitability, and maintain a high level of satisfaction for both the property owner and tenant. If you are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and thriving in a fast-paced environment, we’d like to meet you.ResponsibilitiesAdvertise vacant propertiesShow properties to prospective tenants and inform them of all available amenitiesHold open housesQualify prospective tenants using background checks and referencesAccept rental payments and provide receiptsRespond to tenant inquiriesMaintain deep knowledge of the local market and housing trendsNegotiate leasing terms and close dealsInspect properties on a regular basis and schedule necessary maintenance/repairsProvide administrative support and other duties as assignedFollow all Equal Housing Opportunity guidelines, local laws, and company policiesQualificationsProven working experience in property managementHigh school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferredProperty Management or Real Estate License preferredDeep understanding of real estate law and leasing practicesUp-to-date on the local real estate marketExcellent communication, negotiation, and sales skillsExperience with property management software preferred
