If you're looking to join a team with Integrity, Service, Excellence, and Teamwork at the core of its values, apply today!We offer: First day medical coverage; 401(k) match after 60 days, PTO available to use immediatelyOVERVIEW/DUTIES/DESCRIPTIONPerforms/supervises repair & reclamation and maintenance support functionsPerforms end-of-runway, post-flight, preflight, thru-flight, and phase inspectionsDetects and advises on problems maintaining, servicing, and inspecting aircraft, removed components and related aerospace equipmentUses technical data to diagnose and solve maintenance problems on aircraft systemsInterprets/advises on maintenance procedures/policies to repair aircraft, parts and equipmentTroubleshoots and maintains aircraft structures, systems, components, and related equipmentRemoves, installs and operationally checks aircraft componentsMaintains, rebuilds and/or overhauls aircraft components according to technical dataConducts functional tests of repaired components and systemsSupervises and performs aircraft jacking, lifting, and towing operationsOthers duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma/GEDMust speak, read, write, and understand EnglishMust have at least 7 years hands-on aircraft maintenance experienceMust be willing to travel up to 25% of the timeMust be able to work day shift, night shift, weekends as requiredMust have an in-depth working knowledge of aircraft safety directives, aircraft/vehicle movement, flight line operations, aircraft technical orders/job guides/publications (read, interpret, follow and comprehend schematics, diagrams, drawings and technical orders)Must have a working knowledge of computers (input/extract data) and basic computer software programs such as Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and ExcelObtain/maintain aircraft/equipment Red X/IPI certificationObtain/maintain security clearanceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIESGreat attention to detailProfessional appearance and conduct with customers, vendors and co-workersAbility to work in a fast paced, hands-on environmentFlexibility, team orientation, ability and willingness to learnEffective Communication SkillsPHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENTRegularly works in a hangar and a flight line environment.Extensive sitting to climbing, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, kneeling, stretching, and walking demandsAbility to lift 25 poundsREQUIRED DOCUMENTSFederal law requires all employers to verify the identity and employment eligibility of all persons hired to work in the United States.
